To whom it may concern,
My 18 yr old son is travelling in America. He was refused an extension to his non- immigration visa upon re-application a few days ago. He has been told to leave the country within 3 days from 16th August. He has rescheduled his flight ticket to Europe but con only leave on 20th August which violates the 3 day direction.
He does not wish to incur a penalty of not being able to return to America for 3yrs. Please can you give direction to address this situation? In addition there is a sense of urgency.
