    Sure ...

... go ahead, you can apply for all of them at the same time.

Of course you have to make sure of the total financial requirements and their ties to the home country.

    Good luck.

      help

      Hi,
My name is Megha and I need help.
I am 8 month pregnant and living in NJ.
My husband applied for visitor visa for them in april 08. They got rejection.
Now, we want to try again for this visa. My job is in Michigan and my husband is in NJ.
But, I have question that last time when they asked my mom that what she your daughter si doing she told them she is a house wife. She did not tell them that she is pregnant.
This time, I want them to tell and show my pregnancy papers so they will get visa.
Is it better to show that u r pregnant. Will they give them visa?
My dr can write a certificate that she is pregnant and she needs bed rest and parents help.
What do you think is better for my case?
      Please help me.
      Thank you in advance.
      Megha

Bad idea, if you do that, there are higher chances of rejection.

You meant you are working and your parents said you are a housewife? If so, what was the need to lie? what visa status are you on?

I replied but do NOT threadjack. For new topics create a new thread.

          hi

          I am on permanant residence.
          Going to apply for citizenship.
But now give me the solution for this problem.
Right now i am on leave of absence due to pregnancy complication.
So do i have to apply on pregnancy basis or regular visitor visa?

            Megha,

Pregnancy or a newborn is not a reason for you parents to automatically get a visa. I believe that you also have the problem that you are on maternity leave from work; you are not a housewife. The VO can be very picky with descriptions.

The solution is for them to apply and demonstrate their ties to their home country and reasons for their return.

              I like the word ...

... "ThreadJack" used by Orion. Very appropriate.
