multiple entries within 1 year
Hi,
I've a question about the length of stay and amount of re-entries within a 1 year period.
My in-laws have 10-year multiple entry visitor visa. My wife is pregnant and my mother-in-law plans on visiting in few days - end of August. She will be here for 2 months - leaves in October. Then she plans to come back again with my father-in-law in February and stay for 4 months. Would she have any problems coming to USA the second time in Feb? Please advise if there are any restrictions on the minimum amount of months/timeframe before making another visit to the USA.
