Duration for Visitor Visa !!!

I mentioned 2 months duration of stay in the invitation to my mother and in the Letter to Consulate, but in duration is 4 months in her DS form, is there any problem ???

Should i send modified Invitation and Consulate letter with modified duration ?

if yes...i can e-mail her scanned copy,will the print out of scanned copy work ???
