Hi,
I'm a US citizen. I have one question,pls,could you help me, if you can. If you can't answer ,pls, could you provide a resource to find it ( of course , if you know that) .
In January,2007 I applyed for my son ( he is in Russia, over 21 years old,unmarried ) I-130 form - Immigrant petition for relative and it's gonna take a lot of time to get this kind of visa. My question is: can I apply for tourist (visitor) visa for him now ,so he could come in USA for definite time that will be permitted with visitor visa. If you answer my question I'll reallly appreciate it. In advance, thank you so much.
