What documents for B2 Visa Traveller on Multiple Entry Visa

My mother-in-law is travelling to US, from India, Chennai on a multiple entry tourist (B2) Visa, this October. She got the visa same last year, and has travelled once before. Can you let me know what travel documents (are there any specific links that indicate the format of the document) she needs to carry ? And since me and my wife are sponsors for her visit, what documents do we need to send her ?

She does not need any letter to carry. She needs your address, telephone number to contact you in case of an emergency and also to fill in I94 form. She needs to carry her return ticket and an insurance coverage. You have stated that she had already visited once. Then why worry this time?
