My mother is having 10 years multiple entry visa. She has already visited US once and left the country before the I94 date and took our son back to India for 6 months.
I just wanted to know if my mother can take my son with her back to US? Will she face any problems during immigration? What typical questions can she expect in the immigration or port of entry? Your help is highly appreciated.
