Reentering US after US citizen baby born

Good Day!

My fiance gave birth here in the US . We are both filipino citizen and we wish to go back to our home country.

If we plan to go back to the US soon having a US citizen baby and us as a non US citizen parent with US visa, are we going to have any issues with immigration officers at the point of entry?

I don't think there should be any problems.

However, please note that just because the parent had a US citizen baby born, that parent does not get any US immigration rights. They must be eligible to enter on their own.
