Group Interview- H1B and B2

Hi All,

My mother was refused a visitor visa when she applied in 2007. I was a student back then and she is a widow.

Now I have a full-time job and my H1B has been approved. If I go to India for my H1B Stamping, can I take my mother with me for the visa interview so that she can interview with me for her visitor visa B2.

If yes, do they interview us together or differently?

I would appreciate any response to this matter.

Yes. You can do it together.

The interview will not be together as you have to book appointments separately for these two kinds of visa and it may be on the same day but not at the same counter.
