h1b visa stamping

last year my status change from H4 to H1b.
I still have valid H4 visa till sept 2009.
if i go to india do i have to again go for the H1b visa stamping.
or H4 visa is valid to reenter USA.

In order to work in US, you eill need to get your H-1B stamped so that you can enter on that status. If you enter on H4 status, you will need to file another COS to H1B and will not be able to work until it is approved.
