Application process (I'm scared)

Hi,

I'm an Australian citizen and am looking into applying for a B2 visa, but it's all overwhelming and scary! I was recently in the US under the waiver program from 27th May til 2nd August 2008. I stayed with a friend in Las Vegas for 3 weeks then the remaining 7 weeks with my boyfriend.

Here's the issue, I'm afraid I'll have issues since I intend to stay with my partner and tour around from that destination, I didn't do everything I wanted first time around. I do not intend to marry, I'm certainly not ready, but we have visited each other back and forth.

Second issue is money. My funds are depleted to measly $2,000 AUD, however my partner and my mother will be financially supporting my trip, and I will have time to further save since I want to travel in 5 months time.

Would anyone have any advice on how to support my application, with these issues considered?

Why don't you use the visa waiver again?
Do you wish to stay more than 90 days?
Why?

These are the questions the officer will ask you. And when you say you are going to visit your boyfriend for more than 90 days, after spending 7 weeks with him on your first visit, and your showing financial dependence on him will make the officer presume you may end up gettin married to him( does not matter if you say you are not ready yet)and deny you the visa.

Once you are denied a B2, you won't be able to use your visa waiver.

I SUGGEST YOU TRAVEL ON YOUR VISA WAIVER WHEN YOU WANT TO TRAVEL IN 5 MONTHS AND SPEND 90 DAYS WITH YOUR BOY FRIEND RATHER THAN RISK
A B2 WHICH IS VERY UNLIKELY TO BE GRANTED IN YOUR SITUATION.
