B2 visitor visa TELUGU appointment on VFS website

Hi,
I'm trying to make an appointment for my parents in TELUGU language since 3 weeks on VFS website but every time i'm getting message "Appointments currently not available check back in 24 hrs". is there some other procedure or some where else should I make an appointment?
I'm just wondering if am missing something or all are getting same message as appointments are completely booked.
usually, what day of the month do they open appointments? what is the wait time to get an appointment?
appreciate any help.

This has been discussed repeatedly. It is a problem for all of the regional languages, Look through the posts as there are postings on the best times to look and from people who managed to get an appointment and what time they found it.
