Hi, I have greencard and i will not be visiting usa as much. i need to replace greencard with visitor visa. what is the procedure. i have been denied visitor visa twice but afterwards i got greencard due to my daughter as a us citizen.

Are you ready to give up your green card? You cannot get a visa if you have a green card. If you have not been in US and lived here on the GC for more than a year, you might have already lost it.

No i have visited usa and stayed 10 months will go back soon to keep it active. but in longer time i dont think i want to take the route. with visitor visa i can skip years instead visiting every yearComment
