Your visa may be voided per 222(g). If your extension was denied you overstayed your visit.

Let me say it was a BAD idea to stay 6 months on your first visit, it was a VERY BAD idea to file for extension of 6 months on your first visit and it will be a RIDICULOUSLY BAD IDEA to try to re-enter the USA after being absent 1 month.

If your visa has not been cancelled yet, it will probably be this time... or at least red-flagged as a potential immigrant.
