I applied for visitors visa from chennai n had interview on 15th sept....but got rejected 
this was my second time when i got rejected. My brother is in USA on H1 n he is getting married on 2nd Oct. I want to attend his marriage n applied for visitors visa. Interview was in Hindi.
Officer not even saw single document of mine.... he askeb me:
1.What your brother is doing in USA??
Ans. Working for XYZ company.
2.Brother's love marriage or arrange??
Ans. Love-Arranged marriage.
3.Your parents are going??
Ans. No.
4.Why?? They are not happy with marriage??
Ans. They are very happy. Due to some personal reasons they are not going.
5. Anyone going with you??
Ans. Yes....My husband.
6.He have visa??
Ans. Yes, 10yrs multiple entry visa.
7. Show me his passport.
Thats all.... thenthe officer said Sorry I don't think so ki mein aapko visa de sakta hu. I tried my best to convence officer....that he is my real brother n i am the only sister. But he saidsorry sorry....
We are thinking to reapply with in a week.... so plzz suggest me.. Do I need some other docs or this time I will tell them that my husband is not going with me as my presence is imp in the marriage.
