We were in US for company training for 5 month and was granted I-94 till March,my wife joined me after a month and she was granted i-94 till Jan.We had filed for an extension till 25th July08.We left US befoe that.Now i'm in Canada for short visit and want to visit Buffalo to do some shopping and for visiting Niagra falls for couple of days.My concern is my extension is still pending will i have any problem at POE.I just need to visit US for couple of days,i have a return flight from torronto after a month, would that help?
