Hello,
My father was on a visit to USA on tourist visa along with my mother. He passed away 4 days ago here in states and have been laid to rest here. What is the procedure/form to inform USCIS about it. His Visas were good until december 08. I have his return ticket, I-94 and death certificate.
We don't want USCIS to think that he has slipped and is now living illegally in USA or he was terminaly ill yet visited USA.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
