Hi,
My parents visa got rejected the first time when they went in April-2008.
During that time I was pregnant and wanted them to come over and help me.
My father is a bank employee and mom a house wife.I completed my MS in 2007 Dec and was not working at that time.
In the interview the Officer asked whether I was pregnant they said no.I couldn't come to conclusion until now why the visa got rejected for them.
Now my questions are:
1)Now I am doing a part time job which pays me around $15/Hr.I am on EAD and can get a employment letter though.
2)Is it advisable to sponsor my parents without fixed annual income(salary is according to hours I work).I have a balance of 15K though.Do my husband need to sponsor?
3)Can I just invite them over without affidavit of support and can my father show his salary certificate and funds there?My father has an annual income of 4-5 lakhs?The first time my husband sponsored them?
