How to handle question asked by Immegration officer

I am planning to bring my parent with me on tourist visa. I am on H1. So if we all come together, how to approch immegration officer? all should go to one officer? or any tips regrading it?

thanks...i have one more question as of now my 2 year old son is in india with my parents, if suppose i ask my parents to bring him over here with them, will there be any problem at immegration counter?
