Not able to book appointment for visitor visa

Hi

I am trying to book appointment for visitor visa for my parents in chennai consulate. I am able to fill the application after that I have only two options save/exit and delete. In the expected dates link I see dates from october 23 to 27th, but I could not book dates. Am I missing anything. I am completely confused as I tried after day Morning between 9 to 1 still could not get the screen to book the appointment. When I get to the saved application I see DS156 link and other link is petition details. I dont know what is this petition details link
Any help / suggestion is appriciated.

If I remember correctly, I had the same problem, I kept checking and was able to book a slot at one point of time.
