Spouse name in DS-156

Hi,
While filling DS-156 I made a mistake. I filled only the first and last name of my fathers name in my moms DS-156 form. Where as in my moms passport spouse name takes first middle and last name.
But my dads name in his passport is only first and last name.
Do I need to change spouse name in my moms DS-156 form?
Do I need to write other middle names used in my dads passport?

Names ...

... and the confusion they create.

Use the names exactly as they appear in the individual passport. Middle name is not mandatory/compulsory.
