Applying for new visa

We have B1/B2 NIV which is valid upto 30.10.2008 (single entry) but could not plan the visit to USA before the validity date of visa. We may go by Nov/Dec08 only..

Please clarify whther we can reapply for NIV before the expiry of previously issued visa sothat we can confirm our travel plan and make arrangements for ticket etc.

Or we can apply for new visa after the expiry of the already issued visa..

Yes, you can apply new visa before the expiration of old visa.
