Special Case B2 -> H4

Gentlemen:

My Fiancee of 12 years is here on an H1 and our children have H4 visas. I hold a B2 and we are getting married in one week.

I need help in changing my status to an H4. Any suggestions/recommendations? Also need a good lawyer.

Yes Sir. We've been together in the Philippines 12 years with two boys . She arrived here in the US last yr on an H1. Our children arrived in Feb of this year on H4. We are due to get married Oct 10.

If you're asking why 12 years engaged. Its a long story. Politics, Family matters etc. I had a previous marriage and separated for the same amount of time.

Your best bet is to apply for an H2 in your home country. Look at the H visas section of immihelp.com
