My husband will be a US citizen in 3 years. If I overstayed in the US while on a visiting visa. Will the ten year ban not to enter US again cover me if I'll be petitioned by my husband? Will it not be lifted.

For as long as you have not left the USA since you overstayed past the 180 days mark, you will be fine. Your overstay and disclosed illegal employment will be pardoned and won't prevent your from adjusting your status to that of a permanent resident.
