Visitor's Visa/Marriage

I was so glad to find your site. I have been talking with a girl from Shenzhen China for about a year and we would like to marry but I live in the United States. Is there a way I can bring her here and marry her without me having to go there? I am not a traveler and I don't fly, ever. Can she come here on a visitor's visa and if she did, is it legal in the states to marry her even though she is here on a visitor's visa? I would greatly appreciate your help on this. Please let me know the steps I need to take.

If you plan to invite someone to get married to her, you can apply for her fiance visa. You will have to first her though at least once in person.
