Documents required for second time entry

Hi Folks,

My mom had visited US April last year and stayed till Feb 2008 (extension approved till end of Feb), I took her with me to US when I went there.

Now am back to India and this time she wants to travel to meet my sister in the US, she intends to travel in November. Question is what documents are required at POE this time around, I have booked return tickets for her in March 2009, what other document should she be carrying? should she have a invite letter from my sister? any other documents?

How long was her stay the last visit? She is better off if she stays for more than the time she spent in US in the home country before she returns for another long trip.

Last visit was for 10 months and she has been in India for 10 months now, she intends to stay there for 4 months now. Should she again get a invite letter, tour plan etc? What else would be required at POE? Any help is much appreciated.
