what if we only provide 1-194 for supporting document?

my husband is applying to invite my mother for visitors visa .. but he believes that only providing and notorizing affidavit of support I 134is enough .. becuse he says he is showing his documents to notory officer .. so he dont need to provide it US consulate again.becuse notory officer will check the document... I tried to convience him alot of time but he said i am sending invitation letter and a notorized form .. so thats enough .... send me some link so I can prove that he need to send bank statement and w2 copies to my parents

Simple! Make copies without his know if you cant convince him and send to your parents. Come on, you are his wife, you have all the rights for this clandestine operation if the need arises Enjoy!
