B2 visa to visit my greencard holder husband

hi, i'd like to know if it is possible that i get a b2 visa to visit my husband for a while? we dint file for immigration coz we are waiting for him to naturalize in another 2 years, so we will file for immigration then, meanwhile can I keep visiting him on B2 visa? PLEASE REPLY. ANYONE IN SIMILAR SITUATION?

You will be looked on as a potential immigrant, which you are. You do not qualify for B2 visa. You may try though. Do NOT lie on the application.

yes i understand that i do have plans to immigrate in the future. but i have absolutely no plans of violating the visit visa, i mean thats a big offense and why would i risk my future immigration by violation of law. i just want to be able to see my husband more often in between. dont you think that would work??

Immigration officer doesn't ...

... know your true and final intentions. They go by what they see now.

You can always file for your permanent immigration and then have it escalated once your spous becomes naturalized.
