Travel Companion (Chennai - Frankfurt - Boston)

I am looking for a Travel Companion for my Mother and Father .
They speak Tamil and not very fluent in English. Help needed when they are at the Port of Entry, Boston.

Travel is on Thursday, Nov 27th (Lufthansa - 01:50 AM) from Chennai - Frankfurt - Boston.
