B2 while I-130 in process
Dear Immihelp,
I am confused! I filed my wife's petition (I-130) on Oct 10, 2008 and got the receipt. We got married this year and I am on a GC. I was not married to her at the time I got the GC. Anyway, I am attempting to file for a B2 to spend Xmas with her for two weeks.
What are the chances of her getting a visa, since I filed the I-130 first?
