Visa Expiration

My visa is expiring December 8, 2008. However, I wish to travel to the USA to attend my sister's 45th wedding anniversary on the 13th of Dec.

CanI still travel if I leave Dec1st and be back to Manila by Dec. 16th, 2008 without having to renew my visa?
