Is I-134 just one of the sponsor's document that is produced when asked by the VO during the interview or is it something that needs to be submitted before the interview.

Also, what are MOST favorite documents that VOs like to check?

I have looked at that list. And I have the documents. I am just wondering about the process as to what exactly it is asked? During the interview process or even before it?
