overtime with tourist visa B2

Hello ,
My last visit to USA I was there for 2 weeks overtime then 6 month (i had important reason , I married with my husband and he is american citizenship but we had a lot of arguments , he openned a case in lawyer office for my change status but suddenly stopped the process) when i found out it i immediately left USA , thats why I was overtime .
My tourist visa B2 expiry date in 31MAY2009 , may i entrance to USA in spite of my overtime for 2 weeks? can they send me back ???

we didnt apply for my status so i still with my travel visa , but in general if i was overtime for 2 weeks , may i entry again?
