Help in filling I134 form

Hi,

I have some doubts regarding filling the info in I134 form.
1. I have life insurance in the sum of: I dont have life insurance in US but in india i do have. So shall simply convert the value of policy to $ and mentioned? For example: i have a LIC policy of 1 lac so shall i write $2000?
Do i need to provide the LIC policy document also?

2. I own real estate value at: Here can i mention the property i have in india?

3. Is it OK to fill the form by hand or is it necessary to fill the form online and then take print out?

... policy is not acceptable unless its an investment policy with a cash out value attached to it.

You can surely add the property value of any properties, US, India, elsewhere.
