Hi,
I would appreciate if you can clarify following two queries.
- I already have a B1/B2 multiple entry visa for US. I am planning to visit my girlfriend in US in december for New Years. What all documents should i carry (apart from bank statements, Income tax returns and letter from my present company about my employability) so that i have an easy passage at the immigration counter in US.
- Also we are planning to tie the knot in January in India. She is on a F1 visa and currently studying in US and would be completing her studies only in 2010. Meanwhile which visa can help me go to US and get employed if i want to do so.
