Hi All,
Im in the US on a K-3 visa(my husband is the US citizen) n my PR status is still being processed. I came here in July. However, My question is whether i can get my mom n dad to visit me when my first baby is born in march 2009.
But i see lot of disadvantages in this case in proving their return back home. I will list them as follows...
1. Both my parents are retired from work
2.They do not own any property in my home country
3.Both their children (me n my bro) are living permanently abroad.
My problem is how to convince the visa officer that they will return home after their authorized stay. We really need to have them with us when the baby is born.
Also what are the documents that have to be prepared from my end and their end for a better preparation for an interview.
Please advise
Thanks all
