Conversion of B2 to H4

Hi All,
Good morning to one and all.
I am having a B1/B2 visa valid till 2017 and i have visited US twice one is in November 2007 ( B1) & the other in June 2008 (B2). Now i am planning to travel along with my wife on march 20th 2009 on B2 Visa. So, is it possible to convert B2 to H4 after going to US.

Bad idea. It needs to be done at home.
