Visitor Visa - Spelling Mismatch

Hi,

We are applying for Visitor Visa for my in-laws and there is a spelling mismatch.
In my husband's passport my father in law's name is printed as Lakshmi Naidu Vandana and in his passport it is printed as Laxmi Naidu Vandana.

Will there be any problem because of this?
