Visiting visa-Birth cerificate and I134

Hi Friends,



I am trying visiting visa for my parents, they have an appointment in Dec1st week at Chennai,

Actually I don’t have birth certificate.My father is trying for that but he wont get before dec 1st week.So they are planning to go to consulate with my 10th certificarte and passport , is that enough for birth proof Or do they need to wait for birth certificate..

and one more doubt in I134 do i need to mention both names in one form or do i need to send separate I134 forms.

Yes, your SSC ..

... certificate is good and will suffice as a birth certificate. If possible an additional affidavit helps, but may not be even asked!

One form will suffice.
