USA Overstayed to UAE... is it possible?

Hello. Please help me. My fiance (Filipino) is currently in US but unfortunately he already overstayed. He's holding H1B Visa. He's planning to leave US and go here in UAE where I am. Will there be any problems if he will leave US and enter UAE? He's planning to get here 2 weeks from now. He already have his visit visa here in UAE. Please help me. What are the possible problems that may lead his way. Can he still enter UAE? Thanks.
