    Lost previous I-94

    Hi.

    Im from Mexico and 2 years ago i entered the US for the first time and when i leaved the country i didnt return the I-94 form. Then 15 days ago i tried to enter the US again for the second time and they asked for my past I-94 form WICH I LOST because i didnt know i had to hand in the form. so they gave me a new I-94 form (i dont know how! thanks to God) but the officer told me that i had to hand in the past form as soon as possible.. the problem is that i lost it. so what can i do? do i have to report it? call somewhere?...

      Lost I-94

      Hi Sir,
      I have also lost I-94, and need to go for vacation to home country. The fee for reapplying I94 is 320 $. If I have a xerox copy of lost i94, will it be sufficient?

      Please help.
