children travelling with grandparents

Hi,

my nephew and niece (8 & 5 years) have valid visitor visa to US and they will be travelling (without their parents) to US with the grandparents (also have valid visitor visas). All four have Indian passports. What are the travel docements needed so that they don't have trouble entering or leaving US?

Parents of children should write a letter and notarize it saying that they are authorizing such a travel with grandparents.
