Hi Folks
I came to USA in Jan,2007 finished my graduation in 1 year and was on OPT till Oct 1st, 2008 and been working as a SAP consultant since 3 months, want to send documents to my parents to get visitor visa. So here my question is that by the end of dec.,2008 i'll be getting only 1 W2 form so, is it ok if i send documents in the month Feb,2009 b'coz by that time i'll not be filling for tax returns. Will there be any issue if i send only W2 form without tax returns. Please do let me know about this ASAP.
