please guide me if it's possible.
As a GC holder, i'll marry a french man this January.although i've seen my Mom this October,I'm intersted to bring her to the U.S. by means of this occasion.I've been a GC holder since september 2006.looking at my Tax returns forms for 2006,I've earned just $2000, for 2007, this amount was zero,and for 2008, it will be around $10,000. it's more than 4 months that I'm unemployed. I have money on my bank account.
Here is my question. could I sponsor my mom for B2 visa?
Also, writing my name as a preparer of DS-156 (item 40) could it have any negative effect on my mom's visa?
I'm from Iran.
