problem with visitor visa

Will there be any problem if my parents say that both their sons are in US. IF not, is sending my convocation invitation letter along with my brother's h1 sponsorship is an advantage?

They HAVE to declare that both sons are in US on the DS-156 form. There should not be any second thought abt it. IF caught with a lie, they might be banned from even applying for a US visa forever.
