visitor visa sponsorship documents

Hi ,

I am planning to sponsor visa for my parents. the documents list says about sending the photocopy of the passport and h1b approval.

Do i need to send the photocopy my husband's passport and h1b approval ?

Is it mandatory to send my husband's documents for my parents visitor visa ?

What's the big deal? Just send the photocopies. You are not sending originals. It's just a matter of some time and little money.
