Hello All,
I had applied for Visitor's Visa in Aug 08 for the first time and got it rejected 214(b). I applied for 2nd time in Oct 08 and again it was rejected 214(b). The reason i was told by CO was that "I dont see any reason for you to come back to India" I had taken all the supporting documents and also had got it verified from the from the visa consultant. My purpose of the visit was to accompany my husband who was on B1 visa. He would again be going to US in the month of march 09 on Business Visa from his Company. Will it be a good idea for me apply for the visitor's visa once again or should i not apply. I would want to visit US of A atleast once. I had also applied for Visitor's visa along with me for my 10 months old son also.
Please suggest
PS: I am working in Bangalore, India in a software firm. Does this matter... for them to issue a visitor visa
Regards
Cgdutt
