Sponsoring Tourist Visa

Hi,

I have been working in US for the last 2 months and will be working here for another year. I would like to sponsor Tourist Visa for my mother-in-law. I have worked in US the last year (2007) for around 2 months. Can i sponsor the Tourist Visa now or is there any minimum duration (of stay in US) after which i can initiate sponsoring of Tourist Visa.

There is no time limit on when you can sponsor. Your so-called sponsorship is just a very small part of the visitor visa process. The major resposibility is on the applicant to prove ties with home country.
