Visitor's Visa for non-Indian - I-134

Dear Sir or Madam

I am a US citizen, caucasian, born in San Antonio, Texas.

I have invited a young Indian friend to visit my family in Atlanta, Georgia for Christmas.

I have been told I need to complete a Form I134 for him. However, I am not Indian, nor am I of Indian descent. Could you please communicate to me what forms, if any, besides an invitation letter and proof of solvency, that I should provide for my guest to submit to the US Embassy in Chennai in order for him to receive a visa.
