what are paper required to sponser Visitor visa i am on EAD

HI Experts,

I want to send paper to my mother-in-law for visiting visa. my status is EAD.

what are the required papers i need to send form my company . Before that i

sent all these thing but that time my status is on H1.

There is any difference to send papers. please let me know.
